Using Geometric forms in Fashion

 The use of  geometric forms in  fashion is used very often as is needed by designers in order to create  or design new clothing. Firstly, when you design a piece of clothes, you have to do a design, where you use different shapes and specific measurements to create the t-shirt for example. Then you have to make the physical clothes by converting the flat image of your t-shirt into a three- dimensional piece. Geometry is also used in fashion in order to create the print you will use for your clothes. It's very interesting to use the designing of clothes in a geometry class, as students see how important it is what they are learning in order to use it for things like, the creation of clothes. There are schools, where they do this kind of activities so that the students can practice geometry while at the same time they can use their imagination and be creative.
